fuel-efficient marine propulsion

The Vetus Deutz DT66 Marine Diesel Engine 170 HP is a six-cylinder marine propulsion engine based on the Deutz BF6M1012E platform. It delivers up to 125 kW (170 HP) at the flywheel and approximately 120 kW (163 HP) at the propeller shaft. Designed for robust inboard propulsion, the DT66 combines turbocharged diesel performance with freshwater heat-exchanger cooling and a 12V electrical system. It is particularly relevant to boat owners and marine professionals seeking a replacement or repower solution for vessels already using VETUS/Deutz propulsion equipment.
